Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and a part of Syrah for a rosé with strong and intense aromas, characteristic of the Bolgheri territory.
The vineyard, as well as the wine, takes its name from the bandit "Scalabrone" who lived in this area at the beginning of the year 800 and is located on clayey-siliceous soils of mainly alluvial origin, rich in pebbles.
