Fior di Campo was born in Puglia in Bari in 2013, with a precise objective: to produce pasta of the highest quality, made with the best raw materials, respecting Italian tradition.
This commitment, however, went further, producing "healthy" pasta, the only ones without mycotoxins and certified, "safe" from field to table.
After years of study and research to select the best native grains and verify their quality, Fior di Campo has created a unique, ethical and sustainable product, adapted to everyone's needs.
