    Gallinara Pesto Rosso is a delicious variation on the classic pesto, inspired by the warm, sunny flavours of the Mediterranean. This sophisticated sauce combines the rich character of sun-dried tomatoes (36%) with the fresh notes of Basilico Genovese DOP (10%) and a selection of high-quality ingredients, all carefully prepared according to traditional Ligurian methods.

    Dried tomatoes 36%, basil DOP 10%, olive oil, GRANA PADANO cheese (milk, lobe, preservative: egg lysozym, salt), cashew seeds, oat flour, salt, pine seeds, acidity regulator: citric acid. May contain traces of fish, Sulfites.

    Dilute with 2/3 tablespoons of cooking water, add the Parmigiano Reggiano and extra virgin olive oil. Season and leave to cool.
