    Moscato, an aromatic grape variety of the Piedmontese tradition, is expressed in a wine with an intense and characteristic aroma, characterized by a great correspondence with the fruit and the natural sugar residue.
    The low alcohol content makes it extremely drinkable.

    Tasting

    The dress is an intense straw yellow.
    The nose releases aromas of acacia honey and hawthorn, giving way to a fresh, elegant and harmonious palate.

    Winemaking

    The particular vinification of Moscato grapes, following a brief contact with the skins before pressing, enhances the intense and characteristic aroma of this grape variety.
    Partial fermentation (up to 5%) is stopped by cooling.
    The result is a full-bodied wine, at the same time fresh, rich in residual sugar and slightly sparkling.
