    Traditional cold meats, grilled oily fish, pasta in meat sauces, medium-aged cheeses.

    Tasting

    The color is bright ruby ​​red with purple highlights. The nose with aromas of ripe red fruits and wild berries reveals notes of violet in the finish.

    Winemaking

    Maceration and periodic pumping over accompany the fermentation in steel for around 14 days, taking care to always maintain the fermentation temperature between 24 and 28°.
    After drawing off, part is refined in 1st and 2nd passage barrels for 8 months and the rest in steel vats.
    The assembly and perfection follow a minimum of 3 months in the bottle.
