    Marchese Antinori Tenuta Montenisa

    Cuvée Royale is born from the selection of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc grape varieties from Tenuta Montenisa, for a cuvé with an unprecedented and precious harmony, expressiveness and elegance.
    The permanence on the lees accentuates its intense aroma with notes of white peach, bread crust and yeasts. It has a pale straw yellow color and a creamy foam with a fine and persistent perlage.
    On the palate, it is balanced and enhances the typical liveliness of Brut.

    Tenuta Montenisa is located in the heart of Franciacorta, around the Borgo di Calino, near Lake Iseo. The vineyards surrounding the villa owned by the Maggi family have been at the heart of the production of Marchese Antinori Franciacorta since 1999.

    Tasting

    The olfactory and taste sensations are pleasant: the color is a bright yellow, with creamy and persistent bubbles. The mouth with aromas of peaches and toast
    reveals a balanced and lively wine, typical of well-made bruts.

    Winemaking

    Bottled wine improves thanks to yeasts, for long periods, longer than the minimum required by the production code; riddling is still carried out by hand using classic pupitres, according to the oldest tradition.
    Special attention is given to each bottle. In the cellars, French oak barrels contribute to perfecting the bases of the wines that will compose
    the vintage.
