Campogrande was born from the vineyards of the historic Orvieto Classico DOC area, in Umbria, to interpret the elegance and typicality of a region highly suited to the production of white wines.

Goes very well with fish in sauce, pasta and risotto.
Tasting
The dress is pale yellow. The nose is delicate with fruity (pear) and floral (orange blossom) notes. The palate is fresh, sweet and tasty.
Winemaking
The Procanico and Grechetto grapes were harvested separately and transferred to the winery to be destemmed and gently pressed.
The must was cooled to a temperature of 10°C to promote its natural clarification.
Subsequently, it reached the stainless steel tanks where alcoholic fermentation took place at a temperature not exceeding 18°.
The wine was then stored in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 10°C until bottling.
