    An aristocratic but accessible and pleasant wine, aged in large barrels of different sizes to enhance its harmony and smoothness in the mouth.

    Pairs perfectly with red meats and cheeses.

    Tasting

    The color is garnet red with a beautiful intensity. The nose is complex with aromas of red fruits and spices. The mouth is ample and velvety. This wine is long in the mouth.

    Winemaking

    The selected grapes were destemmed and crushed.
    The maceration lasted about 8 days at a maximum temperature of 30°C.
    Malolactic fermentation was completed before the end of winter.
    The wine then aged for about a year in oak barrels of different capacities.
