    Tasting

    Velvety notes of blackberry and raspberry mingle with subtle notes of plum and red fig.
    Soft and silky mouth, with inviting fruity notes. The elegance of the tannins brings a lot of charm, while the persistence is long and pleasant

    Winemaking

    The grapes are vinified alone and harvested manually once perfect phenolic maturation has been reached.
    Then, alcoholic fermentation takes place in contact with the skins at 25-27°C for 12 days.
    The resulting wine undergoes malolactic fermentation.
    These operations are useful for producing a supple and balanced wine, which makes it a product of great structure and charm.
