Wine of meditation, Aleatico, an ancient variety and passito wine of the Tuscan tradition, finds in this territory a unique expression capable of distinguishing itself by its marked personality and sweetness.
The grapes, partly vinified immediately and partly only after a drying period, express a freshness and a pleasant structure while preserving the richness of the aromas typical of the variety.
