    Tasting

    The nose releases aromas of fresh fruit and raspberries, giving way to a palate with supple and elegant tannins.
    The finish is long, tasty and slightly acidic.
    This wine has a very pleasant mineral character.

    Winemaking

    Produced exclusively from Syrah, this wine ages in French and Hungarian barrels for 3 months, to which are added 3 additional months in bottle.
    Through this supple and perfectly balanced wine, the Syrah expresses its modern and spicy character.
