    The name of this whisky honors this refinement because "Sole" means "sun" in Italian and reflects this crucial element in the production of Pedro Ximénez sherry, whose grapes are dried under the Spanish sun after harvest, which concentrates the sugar and therefore the sweetness of the grapes.

    As such, this whisky is particularly smooth, with powerful notes of honey and blood orange, balanced by creamy flavors of nuts and spicy oak.

    Winemaking

    PUNI SOLE matured for two years in first-fill bourbon casks, then completed its maturation for two additional years in Spanish Pedro Ximénez sherry casks.
