PUNI GOLD is the classic style of Italian malt. It is a fragrant and elegant, with a bright golden color and a timeless character.

It is aged for 5 years, exclusively in first-fill ex-bourbon barrels.

A harmonious marriage of summer fruits and sweet vanilla, complemented by a lovely hint of spicy oak.

Nose: Sweet notes of fresh almonds, coconut water and dried pears.

Palate: Lively and spicy, the attack reveals a raw cereal aspect (barley, toast) as well as a touch of brewer's yeast. It slowly evaporates towards intense flavors of toasted almonds, dried pears and beeswax.

Finish: The palate fades into a sweet floral bitterness reminiscent of lily and jasmine green tea.
