Perfectly accompanies dishes in sauce, red and white meats as well as cheeses.
Tasting
The color is very intense ruby red. The nose with notes of blueberries, redcurrants and spices gives way to a long, pleasant and elegant mouth.
Winemaking
The grapes were harvested and vinified individually by grape variety, according to the ripening period.
Upon arrival at the cellar, they were destemmed and gently pressed, before being transferred to stainless steel vats, where alcoholic fermentation took place, at a controlled temperature of 26-28°.
Maceration, carried out by gentle punching down and brief pumping over, lasted around ten days. At the end of alcoholic fermentation, the wine was transferred to French oak barrels, where malolactic fermentation and refining took place.
