    Our fathers established from the beginning that the Rafaël vineyard on Monte Masua was dedicated to Valpolicella Superiore, having all the perfect characteristics to produce our blend of Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara, in percentages that vary each vintage. Fifteen months of aging complete a tasty and intense wine, without losing its freshness and elegance. We do not add other descriptors that could distract you from the discovery. Whether you open Rafaël tonight or let it wait in the cellar, we invite you to dedicate the time it deserves.

    Agreement

    Very versatile, it is excellent with first courses with full-bodied sauces, roasts and white meats, medium-aged cheeses. Also try with spicy oriental dishes and tasty fish soups.

    Tasting

    Brilliant ruby ​​red, it opens with refined intensity on floral and fruity tones, with ripe cherry in evidence.
    On the palate it is fine and velvety and conquers the tasty and persistent freshness of the fruit which makes it smooth, light and elegant in character.

    Winemaking

    Maceration for 12 days with fermentation at a controlled temperature of 25/30°.
    Aged for 15 months in 65 hl Slavic oak barrels.
