    The name “Pietrabianca” recalls the rocks that farmers encounter when preparing the soil and which, once crushed and an integral part of the soil, help to enhance the aromas of the wines born there.

    Perfect with fish in sauce, pasta and mature cheeses.

    Tasting

    The dress is straw yellow with green highlights.
    The nose is intense and fruity with notes of peaches, white fruits, jasmine and a delicate touch of vanilla, giving way to a tasty, fresh, mineral and long palate.

    Winemaking

    The Chardonnay is complemented by a small percentage of Fiano Pugliese which gives it a very personal nature and enhances its complexity.
    Pietrabianca ferments in barrels where it remains for 5 months and finishes aging in the bottle for a further 6 months.
