The "Cultivar Taggiasca" variety has small dimensions, an elongated shape and an iridescent color.
This variety of olives, typical of western Liguria, is cultivated in limited quantities and is unique in the category, thanks to a perfect combination of soil, water and climate.
After harvesting, the "Cultivar Taggiasca" olives are preserved for a year in a brine composed of water, salt, aromatic herbs and natural flavors. They are then pitted using a special process and packaged in extra virgin olive oil. Perfect to be enjoyed as an aperitif or in a pasta dish.
