    Fascinating union between Sauvignon Blanc, Grechetto, Traminer, Sémillon and Riesling grapes and the unique terroir of Castello della Sala.
    The grape clusters, touched by the morning mists and favored by the particular microclimate, are given to Botrytis Cinerea, which reduces its water content, concentrates the sugars and gives the muffato its characteristic aromas.
