    Tasting

    The dress is an intense ruby ​​color with purple highlights. The nose reveals fresh, fruity aromas of black cherries and red berries, sweet spices, liquorice and anise, as well as a floral hint of violet. The palate is dry, elegant, well-balanced with supple tannins.

    Winemaking

    Produced from the best selections of Negroamaro from Masseria Maime.
    The wine ages in barrels for about 14 months, then 10 months in bottle. The nose of this wine is typical of Negroamaro: red fruits, sweet spices, with well-blended notes of wood.
