EV olive oil

Italian extra virgin olive oil, cold extracted. Superior category olive oil obtained directly from olives and only by mechanical means.
This oil is produced from 100% Coratina olives, harvested in late October_early November and processed within 5 hours of picking. The Coratina cultivar is typically intensely fruity with a sensory note of medium bitterness, persistent spiciness, fresh almond and marked notes of vegetables and herbs. Recommended on steamed vegetables, grilled and stewed meats, mature cheeses, hot legumes and oily fish.
