100% Nebbiolo from the area delimited by the production code (strict appellation regulations).
The wine is aged partly in 50 and 75 hl French oak barrels and partly in 2nd and 3rd passage barriques for around 24 months, then 12 months in bottle.
It is a great wine that is pleasant to drink: when young it is rich in aromas of fruit and flowers and goes very well with many dishes, even those that are not traditionally associated with it.
As it ages, it acquires ethereal aspects, highlighting a vast bouquet with scents of undergrowth, truffle and tar.
It goes perfectly with gastronomy.
