Although Italy is not the largest consumer in Europe, it is nevertheless the second largest producer of roasted coffee with just over 800 roasters.
How to recognize the quality of an “ Espresso ”?
- The cream has a beautiful hazelnut color
- The dense and velvety body
- The intense and elegant aroma
What is often overlooked is the time between roasting (the final stage of processing) and consumption, which should not exceed 30 days.
